Adam's 1979 D-100 Custom Slant Six
Adam found his 1979 Custom D-100 in a barn in Dover, Pennsylvania in December 2006. He gave it a good "bath", replaced the brakes, rebuilt the carburator, gutted the interior, and then took it to the inspection house. It is now a street legal truck. The body is in the exact condition as when he found it...just a whole lot cleaner. Adam plans on lowering his 225 Slant Six truck about 3", putting in a 440 with a 727 transmission and a Dana 60 or a 8.75 rearend. He also wants to add ladderbars. It's going to be a nice show piece at the track!
